was I seeing things or was that Jag carrying an LGB at 2:14? I thought only Tornado’s and Buccaneers used them during Desert Storm.
Love the song, but it’s not appropriate, all members of any military understand one thing, we are all the same, we have a PROFOUND love of country and a true respect for each other. The only people who talk smack about another’s military are almost always those who did not serve. We are all brothers and sisters in arms and I wish you all a speedy return home to those you love and if not, then take care of each other until you can go home.

@6digit Just a guess at what you’re talking about, but that’s the refueling arm used for in-flight refueling on the Buccaneers. Some are fixed. Others, on other a/c are retractable.

@jonesy97 Good on yah mate, wish some of my Aussie brethren could have the same train of thought. Unfortunately some are way to quick to put “the yanks” down. Pisses a man off to hear it.
Help for Heroes is a great charity, but is only for service personnel from 9/11 onwards, veterans from this conflict will receive no help from H4H. THE NATIONAL GULF WAR VETERANS AND FAMILIES ASSOCIATION would be a more appropriate charity to highlight in this video.

Stevie .Spent the 2nd year of my apprenticeship building the last batch of buccs b4 moving on to Harriers and Hawks. My father spent his career on HMS Eagle keeping buccs in the air. Been around a lot of them but still give me goosepimples……….FANTASTIC!!!

i’m also a big lover of the Bucc, she evokes wonderful memories of the Cranfield airshow when i was on work experience and got to sit in the navigator’s seat during engine start and taxi from the apron to the flight display line. i miss her…. definatley a lady with hips like that. beautiful
No coincidence that the last Labour Govt (that managed more than a few years in power) also torpedoed the British aircraft industry. Lightnings, predicted, by a certain Defence Sec, to be the last of the piloted air defence fast jets as he took an axe, literally, to the TSR2. What a visionary.Shameful. Thanks to all Gulf War Vets` for your service.
Well said, I am still surving in the RAF only as it pays the mortgage, I hardly know any one who is still in for the love of it. Many thanks for slashing the RAF down to a token force.
